We process the personal data you provide to us via email or contact form to answer and process your inquiries. The inquiries usually relate to making appointments, ordering prescriptions or general concerns. We only collect, process and use your personal data if and to the extent that you have consented to this or if this is permitted by law.

The website www.abpraxis.de can be visited without providing any personal information. Nevertheless, even when you simply visit the website, information about access (date, time, amount of data transferred, navigation origin, browser, operating system, IP address) is stored. All information sent to the general practice of Dr. Andreas Böhnisch is treated confidentially and will not be made available to third parties without the express consent of the sender. When you request an appointment, we record your name, telephone number and email address and enter this data into our computer-based appointment system. We use your email address or telephone number to reply and confirm the appointment. If you have a general query, we need your email address so that we can send you an answer. Please note that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email and using our contact form) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible!
