The general practitioner's practice was reopened in 2008 in the premises of a student residence hall belonging to the Leipzig Student Union. Long-term patients still remember the quiet beginning with the then-receptionist, Ms. Petra Ulrich.

In 2013, Dr. Claudia Arndt joined the team, initially as a resident physician and later as a salaried specialist in general medicine. From 2008 until its closure in 2022, our practice provided medical care to the "Dresdner Hof" senior care home in downtown Leipzig.

Since 2018, we have been operating as an academic teaching practice of the University of Leipzig, offering clinical electives, block placements, and final-year clinical rotations for medical students. Our team now consists of three physicians and six non-medical staff members who care for a large number of patients daily.
